Winnie passed away peacefully August 1, 2012 after a long struggle with cancer. She is much loved and will forever be remembered by all her friends and family. She touched so many with her engaging personality, compassionate heart and sheer zest for life. Please join us in compiling a collection of memories, stories, pictures and tributes.
We are planning to gather for a celebration of her life Saturday, October 13 from 1-5 PM at her home in Baldwin, NY.

Thoughts
The link for this site is perfect - Much Loved - Winnie was but I believe it is most appropriate because we were all Much Loved by Winnie. Being loved makes all the difference in the world.
The same thing that made me feel as though i was special to Winnie makes me think of her as special. every time I saw her she had a big hug and said, "Oh Patrick". No other comment was necessary after that.
I am pretty sure that if I were in Ireland my name would be Patrick O'Patrick rather than Patrick Pawlowski. I am a Pawlowski but I will always be Winnie's Oh'Patrick.
She will always be in my heart!
